What we will and won't say

We don't say cure.
We say cup.

A herbal infusion is food. It can be a good daily habit, a warm, sugar-free drink at the moment you would otherwise reach for something sweet. It cannot replace your diet, your walk, or your doctor.

So our packs list every herb, carry an FSSAI licence number you can look up, and use the word “supports”, never “treats”. If that sounds less exciting than the alternative, it is also true.

Questions

Asked often.

All questions

01What is Vanmool?

Vanmool is an Indian herbal tea brand. We make natural, organic herbal infusion blends from whole herbs and spices, with no artificial flavours or colours.

02Are Vanmool teas a replacement for medicine?

No. Our infusions are food products that fit into a healthy routine. They do not treat or cure any condition, and you should never stop or change prescribed medication without your doctor's advice.

03Do the teas contain caffeine or sugar?

The blends are made from herbs and spices and contain no added sugar. Please check the ingredient list on each product page for the full composition.

04How do I brew a cup?

Add one teaspoon of the blend to a cup, pour 200 ml of freshly boiled water, cover and steep for 5 minutes, then strain.

05How long does a 100 g pouch last?

A 100 g pouch makes about 50 cups, which is close to a month at one to two cups a day.
